We teach kids and teens ages 5 to 17 as well as adults, so families can train under the same roof. One parent put it this way: "the men, women, teens, and young kids are all family."
Kids build confidence, discipline, and self-defense skills in a structured class. Parents are welcome to watch a class first, and we offer discounts for families.

19 adult classes and 4 kids & teen classes each week, running Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.

YOUR FIRST CLASS IS FREE.
We offer month-to-month and annual memberships, with discounts for families. After your free class, Josh will walk you through the options — no pressure, no hard sell.
