Am I too old or out of shape to start?
No. You don't need to be fit, flexible, young, or tough to start, and you set your own pace. Head instructor Josh Littleton is a 3rd degree black belt who founded the gym in 2014, and the coaches watch the room closely and keep beginner classes technique-first and controlled. You will get in better shape by training, not before.
Do I need any experience?
None at all. Most of our members walked in having never trained a day in their life. Every class is open to beginners, and the Intro to BJJ class is built specifically for new students.
What should I wear to my first class?
Athletic clothes, such as shorts and a t-shirt, are perfect for your first class. If you don't have a gi, we have loaner gis you can borrow. Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to meet the coach and fill out a quick waiver.

We offer both month-to-month and annual memberships, so you can choose what fits you. Josh will go over the details after your free class.
Can I watch a class first?
Yes. You are welcome to watch from the side, ask questions, or jump right in. Call or text Josh and he will tell you which class to come to.
Is there a women's class?
Yes, we run a Women Only class. See the women's page for the current day and time.

We teach kids and teens ages 5 to 17 in dedicated Kids & Teens classes, in both gi and no-gi, plus adult classes. See the kids page for the current schedule. Your child's first class is free.
