Most of our members walked in having never trained a day in their life. If you have been curious about jiu-jitsu for a while, our beginner-friendly classes are built for you.
You don't need to be fit, flexible, or young. Beginner classes are technique-first and controlled, and tapping out early and often is normal.

19 adult classes and 4 kids & teen classes each week, running Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.

We offer month-to-month and annual memberships, with discounts for families. After your free class, Josh will walk you through the options — no pressure, no hard sell.
